So, a bit thanks to those people who almost ruined this thread with their whining. At least now we can get back to some level headed, reasoned discussion from people who actually OWN the phone itself.
Can someone, with the phone, tell me what the quality of the earphones is like? Thanks.

The article says XZ will be priced at 40K.... Becomes a little costly. I wanted to buy the new Bluetooth adapter and the speaker also. Now seems a bit difficult. 
Any yes, why is no one commenting on the earphone quality?
What is the phone charging time? Is it supplied with a quick charger?

All the whiners were crying for nothing. Retail Xperia Zs have released and there are many videos on Youtube showing how great the screen is. No washout at 100% and the blacks are really black. Most users agree that the blacks are as black as they get on an LCD.
Similar impressions on XDA as well.
So IF anybody now on whines about the screen he is really crazy.

Bro, you better get your Z replaced or send it to Sony as your unit is 100% defective. I have seen multiple owner videos on Youtube and none have poor screen like you. There is a video comparing Arc and Z @100% brightness and Arc actually looks much worse (black level wise).

Hope at least now you will stop panicking LOL. There is NOTHING wrong with the screen and it's definitely on par with the best screens in the market quality wise. I'm glad the "poor screen" issue was limited to few units only.
Still, if anybody is unlucky to get a Z with poor display they should send it back to Sony and ask for a replacement.

Im getting the Black version next week  I was impressed with the Black version, and the Shinny Power button make it even more elegant

i am tempted to get a white one. Had the white one been similar to XZL with front face also being white, white color would have been my immediate choice. But now I will go with black version. My only gripe with the black version is it will be a fingerprint magnet.

Did You read your post?
You say if anybody whines about screen is crazy, and later You agree that some units do have poor screen. Make up Your mind, damn...
We don't really know what's the % of bad screen Xperia Z, I'm pretty sure it's a pretty big number since there was a pretty big hype about it. Sony should take a hit for that, so they can learn from their mistakes, if You say it's not a big deal, so will Sony think releasing new flagships with same issues... (Since people don't really mind, and making poor screen must be cheaper, so more money for Sony)

This is a worshipper forum. Expressing the slightest form of critic, even in the politest manner will make you a ranting troll in the eyes of many people here. Really sad....
Back to the Z, after seeing some great screen videos on youtube, it is back on my buying list.
And again, it is not the user that endanger Sony´s success by pointing out that a poor screen is not a good selling point for a flagship model, it is Sony who allows that their first batch of devices and/or their review units are faulty! They are damaging themselves!

Yeah now i'm all set for Z hope mine turns out to be a good one not a faulty one
BTW weren't you saying that you cannot buy Z because you have something else to purchase...hmm now sudden change of plan???

I think its not so tough to understand. If anybody now says that the Z has a poor screen he IS crazy as there is now ample proof that retail models do have great screens. I was only referring to whiners, not "buyers".

I really liked the Bluetooth Headset SBH20 and Wireless Speaker SRS-BTV5. I will definitely buy the Bluetooth Headset, it is very much required. I travel a lot in trains and Bluetooth headset is very handy in Mumbai's Local Trains.

I don't think it is available here and it costs about 7k (converted price). I already have MW600, but the quality is not that good. Although it has a great battery life.
