Hi all.
I managed to bluejack an n-gage the other day too (demo n-gage at Virgin megastores). Shame it didn't beep or anything. Anyway, i tried it again a few days later and i found my other message still on its memory.
Of course the message was to Buy Sony Ericsson.
Found a couple of other blockias but connection failed. |

I couldn't find an 'auto accept' - option in the n-gage bluetooth settings :-/ It would be nice to turn that option on and wait until someone is testing the n-gage and then send some funny bt message
Now the message always has to be accepted before it's received

@peeta
you are trying to pair to devices
instead of going to your bluetooth menu and selecting 'my devices', just go to your contact you want to send, More > Send > Via bluetooth

Just seen the post from Laza...
if u can't find the n-gage when you search, go up to it and go to its Bluetooth menu (usually the left shortcut key). Then just take it off the 'hidden' mode. You should then be able to find it on a search! |

Hmm bluejack bluejack..
I hav managed some.. but the funniest event was..
some local Software summit or somtin a month ago..
since i needed a day off i bubled at my workplace we really need me to attend that stuff
there it was.. one event of the day.. allmighty peter Knuthell or whateva from symantech tellin about viruses and hackers and stuff..
me listening that bla bla bla.. linux 6 blablabla code rted bla bla bla dont open atattsments blablabal..
all those fat ppl who decided they come and inspect whats there about software n stuff, ppl that does not hav a clue about whathehell is technology..
then i thought .. its the best place .. wealthy ppl that can affoard top notch phones.. and hav no clue about what to do w those pieces..
ok scenario was as usual for BlueJackin ..
search, discover some blokia 6310
and GOOO:
at first the standard "The matrix has u" (u know my phones name is "Smith")
.........
..........
nothing..
ok Repeat the first step ......... Contact sent (woohoo i smiled:)
Sent once more to locate person..
and there hi was sittin 3-4 meters away from me.. looking at his phone as it was a lets say snowball in hands of hmm chimp..
ok..
next...
then again.. "The agents are comin for u"
and stuff..
.. still the same look at guys face..
then i decided to go more personal approach..
since Peter Knuthell was just bubblin somthing about todays new technology and mobile devices and their security..
(a heavenly gift.. the right scene for my Bluejack)..
Boom i sent "You Are Hacked" and "You are owned" and stuff..
so the guy started to discuss that theme with his neighbour both lookin very nervous and fingering that phone..
nd i thought.. whathehell soon he will turn off his phone cause 2 heads is 2 heads and what better solution could they find..
so i thought .. sure thay hav no idea whats bluetooth and if they knew theyr attacker was in the same room..
I quickly sent.. "And even Peter Knuthell of Symantech cannot help u"
+ "Not to mention that prick on your left side wearing green suit"..
next thing that happened was .. the lecture was over.. and my victim was runnin towards that hacker/virus blabla expert:D
I am not sure what was the reason but he run like a panther
and i slowly faded away from that room.. Just in case.. |

Yep I can find them OK but they won't accept the business card unless there's someone who presses 'accept' when I'm trying to send something. Otherwise there will just be a prompt to accept business card on the screen, after a while it will go away. Some other blokias seem to auto-accept anything I throw at them

LOL. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall.
I got a sales assitant in a mobile phone shop the other day, he was extremely puzzled. Which is heartening for the potential customer, not ! |

Just seen this on the BBC website this morning. Looks like everything could get a whole lot better, or worse depending on how you think.
