i need a new mp3 player. only got £60 to spend. want one from currys but are £40 for a shitty 512mb one and i really want one with an fm radio. i cant afford to buy junk (i do when i have some cash), always skint.

Since coming to Esato regularly last May, I have become a lot more obsessed with getting phones, sad but true. I browsed Esato for a while so knew about the good stuff. I had a T610 for year, then a K700 after that, about four months later got a P910i and then a few months later an S700, then four K750s then a sharp 902 now a W900. I think I'm going to try and stop. Wont be getting the P990, for a while anyway, don't really use all the features, and wont get the W810 (though a contract upgrade happens to be in may  ) coz it is similar to the W900. Probabely try and wait until the K800 is released.
What you reckon? lol

can't you buy a 1GB Mem stick pro and shove it in your S700i? it's a alternative to a Mp3 player
I go and buy mem cards for all my phones now,
they come in handy for on the go 
@ Coxy. you own all them rite now still 
I had a K700i last yr as a upgrade after 3mths I sold it, I was bored of it, I got the P910i Esater and now it's just my precioous brick 
ive owned a few othe SE's phones I think I liked the frosty T630 most of all

thats a long list. fatregs gotta be obsessed with buying phones aswell. i feel my psp has taken over my phone as can play great games, use it as an mp3 player, video player amd even go on proper internet making it a cooler gaget than my k500. i charge my k500 up once every 10 days i recon, maybe more, meaning i dont use it much. i only use the alarm, phone when i have to and use it when i have to.

I agree, I think it will not be too long before we see phones taking over the MP3 player market.
S700 won't take 1GB mem sticks although with slight firmware modding, it can be done.

Oh I would've thought the S700i took a 1 GB ... Im glad the P910i does otherwise I would be screwed

ok first of all the s700i can only take max of 128mb, secondly i have a k500 only, i just like a change of avatar, lol, thirdly i do watch movies on my psp, fourthly i like flash stick mp3 players as i can store data on them and they are small and easy to shove in your pocket. i can send you some videos for the psp if you want.... 3 eps of simpsons... 1 ep of family guy and 2 latest american pies (wedding and band camp).

I watch films on my PSP. I have found I don't use it as much as before though.  Esato takes up all my time! lol. I'm such a loser, I should get someone to lock me out of Esato. lol

@ Dude, you you or do you know of anyone with a home shopping catalogue? perhaps you could order a mp3 player of one and just pay as much as you can every month if you want the fullworx 1 especially would you have a iPod? I had a Mini 2yrs ago from america the bloody thing stressed me out had to go

ive never got into the whole ipod thing. everyone raves about them but they are bog standard mp3 players. creative zens look better, work better and cost the same. little 1gb usb mp3 players are also perfect for me. who wants a bulky player with 20000 songs at once? utter crap! if someone gave me one id use it... otherwise i wouldnt waste my money. i am going to wait till a good deal comes out. i want to see it before i buy it as i have been conned with these chinese/hong kong ones.

thats the thing with these Mp3 players there overpriced with huge memory, I don't get is why they have the nerve to charge us the same amount for a memory card it's all gone pete tong
