Could you please read properly? I'll simplify it for you, we are basically saying these features exist already, we are not saying they are taken or copied from anyone, just the fact that they already exist and are not new.

Those 3 dots at the bottom of the D6503 look like a mic, and the one hole on top should be another. Stereo recording maybe?

I think people (here) have differing definitions of a 'flagship' device. It'd be great if there was one be all and end all definition that we can stick by, but the moment the thread is not the next page that definition will be overlooked and there'll be further discussions of 'is it or isn't it's.

In PhoneArena, that donkey is a well know Samsung troll commentor, so dumb till he spewed that Sony totally ripped off those features from Galaxy S3 and Sony is playing catch up to Galaxy S4.
