Don't forget, the SX and the GX are for the Japanese market. So I guess it is fair to expect identical offers for the Western markets too, no?

Well if the GX is basically the Mint then that begs the question of which phone is getting the OLED display this year?

On what process it is made on? If it is still 40/45nm generation, then I don't see how they can be a power efficient processor from other manufacturer that are now starting to use 28/32 generation process.
The way how chipset is manufactured is factor to determined how well power consumption, Yes, it's major one.
But you have considered the way how the company optimized chipset as well, design of platform to reduce power consumption (sustainable way, I mean) too.
PS. I don't understand why people keep stick with early leaked schedule, everything could change everyday goes by internal.

any info about cpu , ram , size , battery , ... ?!
it seem GX and SX have onscreen buttons
old rumour about SX:
Reports point to a handset with a 3.7-inch qHD (540 x 960) display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor (Qualcomm MSM8960 chipset), 8GB ROM, 1GB RAM and 1500mAh battery. The Xperia SX looks like it will be destined for NTT DoCoMo in Japan only. It will therefore support its Xi LTE service. It will also include Japanese features such as infrared, One-Seg tuner and Felica NFC. Release date remains an unknown for now.

Does anyone know if the CPU in the GX is the MSM8960 Pro or no Pro? A Chinese site is saying it's the Pro version with Adreno 320..
If hayabusa and mint look like this I'd be fairly happy. Has anyone got any dimensions on these Japan devices?

MSM8960 Pro start sampling in Q2 and probably we can see pro device in end Q3 or Q4 ...

What do you mean by optimized by the company? Since CPU and GPU part is pretty standard anyway. Care to share info. Thank you in advance.

When will the phone be launched? Any news on the screen specs? Any info on battery capacity? Is it non-removable (I hate Sony for using it)?
