Hello all,
Can someone please tell me what details im suposed to take with to upgrade my phone through a o2 shop? o2 online say I can upgrade through 1 of there shops but haven't said what details I need to take with me anyone know?

Good afternoon,
I would take everything you have just to be on the safe side, take all paperwork and documentation, debit card, drivers licence and maybe even a utility bill.
You cannot go far wrong if you take all of those.

lol ya know I haven't got any documentation from o2 online,
can't they just run a check using my phone number? btw ive got all me security details but im not printing out pages of my phone bill for them to glout over at the shop 
hopefully i'll get my Nokia 6270 today/later sob! 
hey laura I done sbit of fiddling with my moms old C45, she told me it was bust, but after me taking it appart and adding a new keypad, fascia, battery and new charger it works

only the insides
btw it was very worn, the keypad (Couldn't make out the numbers on it) and the original fascia was scruffed to buggery!
Ive spend a tenner on this phone and im happy with my achievment, now I dunno what to do with this phone I don't intend to use it, however I may flog it or sumat

Could you not get a 8800 on upgrade, and then sell it, surely that would make you more money for the P990i?

I was gonna get a 8800 but o2 were gonna charge me £300 for the damn ting sod that, The 6270 has a 2 Megapix cam thats all im after tbh oh and good looks which it has
I think Im gonna wait for the P990i to be out a yr or so cos im put of by the price and if I recall back to when the P910i came it there was nothing but ppl moaning bout it (Faults etc) ive been told to wait, Id hate to pick up a faulty handset

OMG! I want that now, kerry i know what you mean i am waiting to get a P990i but i am going to sit tight and make sure i wait a couple of months then the price will have gone down and it will have more stable firmware.
@abs thanks for the links but i do not think they are official csi mats, i am after a proper one if they make them they probably dont but cheers anyway.
I just watched the loose change dvd i got of anay ages ago, well what can i see it most definately opens your eyes to 9/11.
It was absolutely amazing and left no doubt in my mind.
