THANK YOU GERBAN THAT YOU GAVE ME/US THAT AWESOME TIP ABOUT USING DOCUMENT PROFILE AND FADE DOWN THE WHITE BALANCE TO GET WARMER COLORS ...MY OUTDOOR PICS HAVE BECOME SHARPER..
now i just want some good sunshine-weather to take some sharp outdoor pics 
its hard for a small cell phone to create sharp pics when its cloudy, but the result turned up nice anyway.
