@HOBBS: Preparations are okay, I suppose. Need to be in Bangkok on April 26 at the Asia Institute of Technology for a 3 week prep course.
Nokia SA quietly launched few products on Thursday. Apart from the Prism I don't have much detail.

Yeah, particularly as it features The Dark Side's ( ) imperial galactic fleet (on the screenshots) pursuing those rebel starships, LOL.

We've had a much colder Spring so far, compared to the very warm conditions this time last year.
P1i pics:
Camo on cold canines, complete with fluffy lining on their hoodies,LOL:
Sigh, I miss SA beaches.
Notice the enormous swells at one of Southend-On-Sea's beaches, LOL:

The weather seems to be even more confused than last year. So much for being Spring...
This is what we woke up to this morning:

lol, the closest thing i've ever seen to snow is sleet
the w960i costs R4990 at mtn or R320/pm with contract.Vodacom is still behind and seems like i'll be getting it with mtn. But look at what i just saw in this month's T3 magazine

@ gola:
LOL, a delightfully intellectual synopsis of the UIQ3 touchscreen input there...not. LOL.
I have no such complaints with the P1i's touchscreen input, and I doubt it would be different with the W960i.
Fair enough, the old scrollwheel allowed for greater functionality than the newer 3-way one, but ergonomics can be down to personal preferences too, and that last line just manifested the writer's obvious bias, LOL.
I'm not saying that the UI is perfect, as we know, each one has their strengths and weaknesses.
Best thing is to try and get to fiddle with a live one at MTN to see if it works for you, and take it from there.

the best that the mtn i went to could do was let me play around with a dummy, didn't see the point of it...it's pretty small though.

"and is generally kak"
He must have been testing a Vodafone branded W960. When i tried the W960 i found its Touchscreen response to be faster than the P1, and its UI in general was faster than my old N80, their CPUs are running at same clockspeed.
Gola
Yah rather get it on MTN, atleast there will be no branding, your W960 will be stable, and you will be able to update its FW with proper generic FW, Vodafone SA take for ever to get new FW,after having a Voda branded W900 im sure you don't want the same for your 1st Smartphone bro.
