Does Sony needs to worry about the Galaxy Gear?

It has many of those useless stuff that will call attention from everyone, like camera and a big screen (c'mon, 3 inches in a watch? That's a Xperia Mini in there).

I don't belive this is real. It lacks a hardkey home button.

10 HOURS SCREEN ON TIME!!!

I feel betrayed, not one of you guys told me this before!

If I had the 3rd largest cheap plastic slab in the world in my pocket right now, and I was to just think about the z1's 3000mAh battery life, I don't know what I do...

Maybe troll the rumours thread?

On topic, I can't wait to see this years surprise, like the V was last last year. And if you insiders tell me that there isn't one, I'll be glad. It will be an even bigger surprise (hopefully)!

^ There will be a surprise, the only question is how big it will be

Lol, no need to worry, this is the ugliest piece of horse shit I've ever seen.
I wouldn't mind bigger screens in smartwatches, but what the hell is this?
I hope this isn't the real deal, even though I don't like Samsung I would feel so sorry for them if they really would sell these.

Personally, I think the surprise is Honami mini. But that's just my opinion I have no info.

When I mentioned that Sony should or should not be scared of that, it is on terms of sales. Obviously Smart Watch 2 is much better than that, but blind customers (in terms of other options) see the camera and the big screen as something better, as they have a higher number.

My guess is that Samsung realized they can't make a Phablet bigger and better than Xperia Z Ultra, and now they are going for bigger smart watches

I know that is kinda stupid

The S4 is a very solid smartphone and would the Xperia Z have a loud enough speaker, I would have bought it. So I had to admit the S4 really served my needs the best (even though I did and do not like the Samsung group as a company).

But thankfully the Honami is quite 100% bought, it has everything I want (sd slot, 5" screen, decent speaker, open headphone jack, shutterbutton, big battery, IP57 and good image quality).
