Chief among his friends & personal adviser on non economic matters ws my friend,d VI man.Soon,JAMB releasd UME forms.Polycap cld not afford it so he waited 4 POLYJAMB forms.He ws full of hope.Few months later,POLYJAMB form ws released.

JAMB did anothr of their numerous somersaults tht very year & increasd price of POLYJAMB forms.Polycap needd a"chickn change"2 complet hs money so he decidd 2 visit Hintrland estate.His twin bros had not paid a visit 2 their famly 4 long.

It ws a Satday morng.Polycap took public transport 2 Hintrland estate gate wer he ws stoppd.After much delay & several phonecalls,he was allowd in.Once inside,he felt d atmospher change.It seem tht d air inside & d one outside r different.

His heart startd beatg fast.It occurd 2 hm tht wht a conductor friend of his said yrs ago might b true,tht inside Hintrland estate ther is no NEPA nor water corporatn.D estate had its own water/power system.He marveld at d flowerd gardens.
