no its NOT true....I wish....
Thats only the specs for what the goforce 5500 can handle and when its used to its full potential....
Sofia will only record qvga video at 30fps.....
The graphics chip wont be used to its full potential in sofia, especially since sofia is smaller than the k800...Otherwise if it was used to full potential the phone would be quite large, just like the n93 size.

So... MegaBass was cut out of K800 ... and was reintroduced in the W850, to make the Walkman(s) seem 'better'. 2mp AF was cut out after W810 ... and will be reintroduced in the 2mp Cyber-Shot, to make the Cyber-Shot(s) seem 'better'. And QVGA 30fps video recording (3D graphics card) was cut out after the W900 ... and will be reintroduced in the 5mp Cyber-Shot, to make the Cyber-Shot(s) seem 'better'.
What a marketing strategy  !

sofia will have nvidia goforce5500 graphics chip...The newer version of what w900/p990 had. I know its still only qvga, better then crappy old qcif, but i bet it will be much better quality with the new chip.

The super phone will you find in the w950i sucessor with probably 4 or 6 gb and and 3,2 mp cam. |

The 3.2mpx wont have autofocus or best pic or image stabilizer...se will screw it somehow.they just wont deliver everything in one. |

i wouldn't say no autofocus, think about p990i it has an autofocus. |

To be honest mate for phone recording QVGA (as on the w900) is just perfect. VGA like the n93 is a luxury and with that luxury comes the need for large amounts of memory. I think that goes over the limit for what a phone needs in terms of video. And anyway the n93s video in night or low light isnt anything to shout about. Noise is clearly visible on it where as on the w900 videos shot in nighttime it is a lot clearer with no distortion.
I do hope though they have a better lens cover system than the k800. Perhaps one like on the w800 or s700.
Just out of curiosity when you say Sofia will be smaller than the k800, what will the screen size be? |
