Well at least the key pad sounds work now lol, did my update last night..sim free unit from uk and it updated perfectly well.
Looks like all those annoying bugs that were present in the bluetooth audio streaming to my hbh ds970 have been rectified which is a blessing in disguise. About time SE fixed those bugs... |

i hope SE addresses the use of the keypads in the inner menus (like the filemanager) after entering the filemanager you can no longer press for example 1 to activate the first menu in the filemanager |

Has anyone tried the Sonic 1 part 2 java game on their K800i on the new firmware? After the update I put both parts on the phone and the second part takes a long time to load and performs quite a bit slower than part 1 in game (and slower than it did on the first firmware)!
Wondering if its just mine or what!? |

No, R1ED001 is the latest but unfortunately SE don't seem to have released it for the UK yet - everyone here seems to be having the same problems trying to update. Hopefully should be working later in the week.

yeah. that normally how it goes.. they don't release it all at the same time. but i'm sure they'll get it out soon |

It depends on your operator and if they release an update. As I mentioned earlier, I had an E-Plus branded handy that was only branded in the startup and shutdown screens. However, there were three f/w updates that came out and E-Plus never released one. I had to go to SE and they forced the update to my phone. Just because it is out in other countries and operators does not mean your particular operator will have a release prepared.
