I noticed too that with 1/6400s the flash pics are extremely sharp

What party mode? I? II? III? You mean slow sync modes? There are different ways to use it. Mainly you have to use it when in very low light to get a brighter flash pic without noise. |

i have alwayz wondered wht does party mode do.. all three of thm
and yes i know slow sync.. they do wrk gr8 thanx jomtexia

Party modes are simply for different light intensities, I, II, III, from high to low. Are not for making your parties more funny! |

Do you still recommend doc mode for capturing macro shots?
And Auto mode + auto/macro/infinite focus + auto flash is for capturing any daylight shots but NOT landscape shots right? 
And Auto mode + any focus + NO Flash is for?
