My K810 was stolen yesterday, not even a month of having it. I was considering buying another K810, but now that the K850 is coming out so soon, I just may wait 2 more weeks. The advantage of getting the K850 is that it has 3G support in North American frequencies, so I'll actually be able to utilize HSDPA and perhaps even video calling with other people who have a video-call enabled phone! I was quite upset when I found out that my K810 had 3G support, but only in European frequencies.

Can't wait till this phone comes out. I fell in love with my K810, and it was taken away from me! BOO!

If you want to see photos taken by the phones then go straight to page five, as all the other pages show either photos of the phones comparing them physically, or screenshots. And boys and girls, don't compare the photos by looking at the thumbnails. Make sure you click on each photo to see them at full size!

Summary page (only the picture part), translated by Google:
Objectively speaking, K858c both in design and in the application of functional imaging performance is better than N95, the more important as the high-end camera phones, K858c in most cases to shoot a better than N95 photos.

is k850 pics on left or right??

Edit: the K850 on the left, the N95 on the right. Well, there is absolutely no comparison. K850 kicks the N95 all over the place. There is absolutely no way I would buy an N95 after seeing those pics. There is a disgusting amount of compression on the N95 pics, they are simply uncomparable to the K850.

The K800 is better than those N95 pics.

I just read the 3-part review on Mobile-Reviews.com between the K850 and the N95, and I have to agree with you. The N95 takes some vibrant shots, but to me, to me, to me, there was no definition in detail in some of the shots. The K850 had more shots that were crisp. Also, although purple-tinge was apparent in both camera-phones, looking at the N95 pictures at full resolution made me cringe a bit.

!!! I just found out that the web page says K858 is already on the market!!!
It states that the K858 is from foreign country, which they did not state which country(most prob from China cas China is K858"C" version....) Disappointing, but promising!!!

They must have a finalised cam in the K850i because anyone who now claims the N95 pics even compares to the K850i, after this comparison, are really off their heads.

The N95 basically ruins the detail. Look at the picture of the pond and look top left at the detail of the leaves.

The K850i wipes the floor with it.

Well ofcourse K850 is going to beat the N95 in terms of still pictures. Funny how you people say, it wipes the floor with N95 and forgot in how many categories N95 wipes the floor with K850. K850 ONLY has the cam going on for it and if SE didnt beat N95 even in that single thing, then SE probably should stop making phones.

@QVGA

Whats the matter with you?

I was only expressing my opinion on the cam and straight away your up in arms!!!

This is a K850i thread for discussion about the K850i. If you can't handle it then go and post in the numerous other K850i / N95 comparison threads, but please don't ruin this one.

@QVGA. You went all angry when I said that the N70, N71, N76, N81, N90 and N91 are bad phones IMO. You can not tolerate anything bad being said about nokia. This is proven, because you use an N71 instead of a W800 which is a much better phone IMO. [addsig]
