@arnold-globe only allows replacements within 7days after that they refer u to smartnet. Cnt find anythng wrng wid my fne ü knock on wood hehe

jr, jwb... they can replace your "registered" or "warrantied" units if there are major problems, like ferr's 0/0 spkr sound, power amp of arnoldc's unit, GPRS' pinkish LCD, hanging, resetting by itself- basta factory defects. (usually mother board problem), other parts are easily replace eh, kaya they will not replace the whole unit. |

@dan hmmm...my unit rebooted 3 consecutive times while using the damn PBTM kanina...labo nga eh..u think it has a problem? hehehe? my phone's bein' looney lately
and oh another thing about the chatboard(CHA10)..u cant use IR when its ATATSD to ur phone... |

I called semicon around 4pm today, and texted GM both of them gave negative feedback. It is only now that we're getting news from europe about the upgrade.

@dan- so far aftr i upgraded to r23 sw, my unit rebooted once palang and d batt draind from half to last red bar, how do i prove this to smartnet?

semicon main, layo nun.
well, u have to prove the unit is defective.. diagnose pa daw nila. imagine, semicon, smartnet will "diagnose" ur unit... and will take them weeks to do that.
so..i guess.. once your unit freezes, leave it as is, bring the unit as evidence. then... good luck na lang if they will replace it. |
