But you must obtain a warranty card from them no matter what price they sell it to you.

And when you add in BCD in the phone book and when BCD called only his number appeared and not the name? Am I right? This only happened when he is using another telephone number than his name will not appeared and just the number.

shd i get a 2nd hand one at 180?
how coem there are 2 separate parts (the one around ur neck, and another black component) what do each of them do?
is it convenient to use? or does the fact that it still has wires make it lose the convenience

i feel tht the HBH 20 is useless ...
does any 1 with T68 R2e and HBH 15 have a problem like mine ??
the phone still freeze .. damn i thought they fixed it already ... what happen ? when the BT function is put to atuo it does not always receive in the headset... and as for the unreg caller number even it is saved in the phone ...tonyG could you help me post the problem to thks.....

hmm .. the Bt is to make it wireless .. but y the hell there is a wired head set... for .. might as well get the normal head set... or get HBH 30 ..

sprockett-> I fully support orang3 statement. Since the advantage of a bluetooth headset is to get away with wire. Than why should we have wire tangling around our body. Beside, you cannot wear a pocketless shirt when you used the HBH 20. You have no place to hide that little "box". But honestly speaking, the clearness of the HBH-20 is better than HBH-15.

I know you felt cheesed off in regards of this matter. But since it is under warranty, why don't make the full advantage of it. If they cannot rectify, let them change it for you. Every time you are not happy, bring it down to complain, let them change and change again for you. See how long can they "tahan".

i dun remember M1 give me a warranty card when i purchase it from them.
if my hbh15 happen to give me problem what shld i do huh?
i really dun think they gave me one!!!!
and i have lost my reciept from the purchase.
so how huh?
