Last night, I kept trying to find huge files to download to it so I could leave them over night, but every time I did, it downloaded them so fast it shut down before I even fell asleep lol.
Downloaded a good 2.5GB last night, bet my Dad's happy, not lol

hahaha nice i just keep downloading all new demos even if i want them haha have a ton of videos, but still got 30gig left

Gave up with that. What you wanna do instead is use GOTsent to convert the .mkv's in to .mp4 xbox360 compatible files. It's a genius little application, it doesn't actually convert the files it just takes the video and audio files out of the .mkv and remuxes them in to an .mp4 container! It takes 10mins to 'convert' a 1gb episode, and you get NO loss of quality. The resolution remains 1280x720 
You'll still need to stream it with TVersity, but it wont need to transcode so no buffering!
In GOTsent literally do not change any options, just select the input and output and click convert!

Ok, so i was on the Social Club on Rockstar's website checking out my stats for Midnight Club, and was comparing friends' stats and none other than Mr Burgasson has purchased this game without a whisper of a word spoken in this thread! Speak now and talk Midnight Club 
I have a question for Oli (if he stops by in here) I've unlocked the Hydraulics and Airbags...question is wtf do they do?? I've turned them on in the garage but cant seem to work out if they do anything? |

Having recently changed my job i don't have as much time to play games as i used.. 
But yes i am playing Midnight club when i get the chance and i was also wondering how the hell do i use the special abilities??
I get the little bar thing that seems to charge up during races but how do i actualy use it? Or does it have to charge up fully first? But even then... Which button do i press

I'm going to tell you how to do it on the PS3 and then hopefully you can work it out for 360, as I'm not sure of the Xbox controls myself.
I think (I haven't played in a few weeks unfortunately) what you do is click in your left stick and after that, the L1 and R1 buttons control your left and right rear hydraulics, and the L2 and R2 buttons control your front. Clicking the left joystick in again will turn them off. So you can actually use them while driving along. Hold down any wheel button for a period of time to lock it into the 'high' position.
Airbags are pretty lame. Leave your car sitting idle anywhere without touching the controls and eventually the camera will move to the side of the car and you can watch your car sink really low to the ground.

As I pre-ordered this from game, and they have reduced the price by £2, they have kindly sent me a £3 off a £30 spend voucher. As this needs to be used by the 22/11/08, it isn't much use to me.

lol @Burgaz.... you just press the left bumper button!! EMP is the best one imo, but if you're riding the bike AGRO (the one where you go invincible) is pretty handy as sometimes it's difficult not to crash the bike. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your vinyl designs..you were top at that on Forza, although i dont think it's as indepth on MC
@Oli cheers mate! I'll give that a try later. I'm about 70% done on the game atm, and have 5 out of 12 of the licence tests. I think you're right about the consecutive wins one - that is definitely gonna be the hardest one to do. Mines gone back to 0% |

guys please tell me what all the fuss is about the new midnight club game i cant get on with it but the new call of duty hell yeah oh and the new dashboard whats that all about lol its here and im not sure gotta go to work but ill play with it when i get home and see how i get on, |
