I just share my library, have always done since I first used iTunes and had wifi.. you could always drag and drop stuff that was imported and not purchased from iTunes, dead handy though, I have my full 159gb music library available on my notebook when at home just need to find a way of doing it through the net when I'm not a home, that would be sweetness right there...

I guys Yesterday I got my MacBook Pro 13”. This is my first Mac. So I’ve some few questions. If anybody answer those, then it’ll be very helpful to me.

It’s come with Snow Leopard on one single partition.
From my previous experience, I’ve learnt that, OS and personal data put in a single partition is not a good idea. If I need to clean install the OS then I’ve to format the full partition and then my other data will be lost. So it’s better to have separate partitions, if I’ll have to format the OS partition then others partition and their data will be intact.

So is it ok to have few partitions on OS-X? Like C: D: E: in Windows?

My hard disk is 250GB so I’ve plane to divide it into 3 parts. 1st one is for OS. 2nd one and 3rd one are for others staff. So I have to do it while I clean install the OS. What file format should I use for them? Do I have to mount them to specific name?

this happened to me once, took it to apple care and they told me to pop in the install disk into the superdrive and reinstall os x, i however was stupid enough to jam both the install disc and windows disc into my superdrive, the superdrives fine but my install disk did not work, so I HAD TO BUY A NEW COPY OF OS X (argh!) but i have a happy macbook pro 13 now
Age is just a number.. Being 13 makes me no dumber than a wise old man

Hey Mac lovers. I have a question. A couple of hours when I got home I took out my Mac and started surfing the web. Nothing unusual just the everyday stuff. After 30 minutes I noticed that the Mac is really really got on the below side. Even the left side of the keyboard was warm but the DOWN side of the laptop was really hot, not like sometimes when it's just a bit warm. Anyone has any idea what could of coused that? If that happens what should I do? Before when that happened I shuted down the Mac and let it chill a bit.
