i tried my postpaid meron gprs...
i tried my prepaid ulit wala talaga. "gprs not allowed'

Yung sa kaibigan kong prepaid block na rin.
Yung sa akin meron pa rin.

Try nyong gumamit ng XP kung medyo mabagal sa 98 nyo. Kasi sa 98 ko laging nadidisconnect. Sa XP okey naman at mabilis o baka ako lang ang gumagamit ng GPRS dito sa Bulacan

hmm... prepaid accounts are slowly being locked down? Baka signal na yan na talagang malapit na silang maningil for GPRS. My prepaid card still has GPRS. (Maybe because its part of the first batch of prepaid cards of Globe when they introduced it) [addsig]

Eto ang nangyari sa friend ko, nag-send lang sya ng MMS (forced, ewan ko kung papaano?) tapos nawala na ang signal. Iyon ang huli lang niyang ginawa.

One more thing mga prepaid! Huwag gumamit ng services ng globe na gumagamit ng GPRS (ex. XTM) baka tsine-check na nila ang mga prepaid users na naka GPRS. Remember na may database sila ng number natin.

ako tinry ko yung Globe XTM na yun. after nun nawala yung GPRS signal ko. buti na lang nung nag GO t68i ulit ako sa Globe nagkaroon ulit. baka nga nache-check na nila ngayon

Kaya,wag munang magXTM,o kaht ano pa mang pwde makadetect ang globe para may gprs pa tayo!;-) btw,wen do u thnk they wil start chargng us?! Hope its not soon?:-D

Right now im using globe gprs. Im a prepaid subscriber and yeah globe mms isnt available yet for prepaid subs. Although they said they are planning to have it available for prepaid subscribers

Best time to use any GPRS function is when you don't have available balance. It will not be charged even when u reload. Already done that and it really works! Their GPRS programing still has flaws so take advantage while it last. They are starting to charge randomly.

Charge Randomly? I don't think they would do that. They can either charge you, or they won't. Anything else should be brought to their attention.
