Generic for the UK yes afaik, but if your going to use the EU_2 language pack, Id stick with it as its the only confirmed generic CDA for that particular variant.

I have CDA102338/38 and the SEUS downloads the correct EU2 firmware.
It must be said that the CDA does not determine whether or not the SEUS will work - that is done based on the IMEI. So if your operator blocks use of the SEUS, unbranded or not, CDA changed or not, your handset will still not work with the SEUS. The CDA simple tells it which firmware to download, but your phone must be allowed before this comes into play.

ill be receiving an unbranded k750 next week..
and its CHINA cutomization i believe..
i was thinking of maybe flashing to EU_2 firmware (only since alot of ppl r). what would be the advantage for me?
different languages??

Recommendation for German handsets, many of them probably EPlus-branded:
K750i_R1L002_EU2: (EN FR DE ST ZU TR)
and the CDA: GenericIEUK CDA102338/38

I have found this. Attention it is not complete. There are missing some revision numbers. There you can see that CDA102337/10 is generic
for Europe 2.

Yes but if its not working with SEUS, thats no good - best if people stick with CDA102338/38 R6A for now I think.

The answer is yes and no. Yes the software is free but to install it and finalist your phone costs money.
You need to PAY FOR IT by going to either: www.davinciteam.com or www.totalmultiserver.com(think this is the url), and they will give you the price.

Guys can someone help me out here?
I desperatley need 2 credits for davinci tonite if anyone can help.
i've messaged a couple of people on here earlier but had no response.
I know you can get credits from davinci's own website but they seem a dearer than some of the members on here.
got 2 k750i's that are still on R1A software & crashing like crazy & can't use SEUS coz they are 02 phones.
please help |

hi all - ok, i've just read thru the above 12 pages of replies & am pretty confused. i have bought my davinci credit, downloaded the client & am now unsure which files to download from them.
i have an o2 uk contract k750i that i want flashed/unbranded. once i've downloaded the correct files i just press 'flash' on the davinci client, wait for it to complete & that will be it? do i need to change anything else on the phone? what about the cda thing?
any help much appreciated

I did it 
My brand new voda.... (germany) branded k750i now works without any branding, can even use the sony update service.
I used the EUROPE_2 firmware and generic UK/Irland:
CDA102338/38
R6A
K750i
EUROPE_2
needed exactly one single credit.

For UK, select K750 R1L002 EU2, tick 'Download Main Firmware' and 'Download File System Flash' and hit 'Get File'. Once downloaded, in the client, tick the 'Main', 'FS', and 'Finalization' boxes. Also, it's probably a good idea to change the CDA data. On the CDA tab, complete the fields as follows:
- CDA Number: CDA102338/38
- CDA Revision: R6A
- Model: K750i
- Language Variant Name: EUROPE_2
Also tick 'Use This Settings for Finalization'. Go back to the flash tab and hit the 'Flash' button. It should be plain sailing from there.
