Hey,did any of you have a look at the P930? For now is only ment for the chinese market.Apparently the screen input is very comfortable and it can run all the S60 applications too ! Nice one.1mp camera is not good enough thou :(

You mean the Lenovo P930 ? its made by SE, but its certainly not a SE P series phone.

AFAIK, its made by SE FOR Lenovo.
Just like SE make phones for DoComO. 
Its also S60, which is why it'll run S60 apps Mario. S60 is inferior to UIQ IMO.

They sure do, remember the Premini ? in Japan it was sold under DoComO's name..

I am perfectly happy with my P900 for now and can wait for a December release. No whining here.

Cant SE put some thing similar to os 9 classic like in mac os X so that you can run os 9 app's
but in this case to be able to run uiq 2.X apps or some thing?
and perhaps call it uiq Classic

You chaps,where did you read about a december release date of the 'P1000' (or should I say the P930's successor) ? SE has'nt announced anything yet ! Did you read something somewhere on the net ? How reliable is that ? Look at the first post of this tread to see how even renowned institutions can be totally wrong. For now P1000 is 'vapor ware'
