Hi everyone,

Is there any chance to get all notes on K750 transferred out of K750? Perhaps by synchronizing K750 with MS-Outlook?

Thanks in advance.

Is My Phone Explorer a freeware? If it is, where can I download it from?

Thanks.

@T-Shirt

It's free and can be downloaded from www.sonyericsson.com

For the latest models it's included in PC Suite, so that's the package you should download.

@ CyberVisitor:
Thanks for the info, buddy.

@ max_wedge
Thanks a lot for the link, I'm giving it a shot.

BTW, which one is better for transferring notes out of K750? I frequently take notes on K750, that's why I need a way to backup them out of K750.

I don't think you can "manually" do a backup of your notes using either of those two applications mentioned. As far as I know the notes aren't available using any file manager for Sony Ericsson phones.

I see two ways:

1) Sync with Outlook and include PIM items, either using USB or Bluetooth.
2) Send the notes manually from the phone to your computer using Bluetooth or IR.

There could be other ways as well. I'm sure someone will fill me in if that's the case.

Hi CyberVisitor,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Yes, I usually send every note I wrote out of K750, manually, but I am looking for a better alternative if any. I would like to be able to transfer those notes (or sync them) with Pocket PC.

If this is kinda Mission: Impossible... that's fine... I still can live with 'notes beaming' anyway, just maybe there's an easier way.

Thanks CyberVisitor.

hmmm..myponeexplorer used to do notes sync with K700, but it doesn't seem to work on my K750.

I use syncstation for entire pim synch to outlook. You can then sync outlook to pda. But make sure you force sync from outlook to pda, otehrwise it may delete items in outlook that don't exist in pda.

Hey there people

I remember seeing a post a week or so back about the media player on the K750/D750i and the W800i in relation to fast forwarding and rewinding...People where a little miffed that they couldn't do the above when listening to music or watching a vid.

However, Mr Walrus to the rescue...Whether your listening to music or watching a little video, push the joystick to the left to rewind and right to fastforward...when i say press, I mean press and hold

There you go peeps, not such a bug ridden meadia player after all )

Hope this helps.

That's a very neat application I found a serious bug though. If the phone isn't connected and I chose "New message" from the taskbar and hit "Send message", then I get a note from the application that the message was successfully sent. But the application never tries to connect to the phone, so message isn't sent at all. This problem is only present when using the icon in the taskbar to send a message.

Weird! Hope it gets fixed... don't know how to report it to the author though.

actually to fast forward you don't have to press and hold. You just press once, which pauses (if already playing), then right or left joystick to ff or rewind.

If you write an sms and don't finish it you can store it in the outbox.
