When I was talking to O2 Online today, the lady told me that you can upgrade from a high street o2 store. They will charge you, but if you send the recipt off to o2 online they will refund you the difference of what they would charge you.
i.e. If o2 Online were to charge you £49.99 for the upgrade, but the highstreet charges £99.99, then you can send the recipt to o2 Online and get a £50 refund.
Im on Talk 200, and if I got the chance to buy it for £49.99, I would- but they are sure to charge more for me. Also, I dont think and Nothern Ireland stores have them at the moment- somone from esato was saying that.
Im going to phone up tomorrow and pretend to cancel my contract if they dont upgrade me. Ill let you all know how I get on. |

Don't think it does, the K700 never did, i just waited till the battery was fully green. I use the indicator on the status menu - when it's 100% it must be fully charged. |

Northern Ireland does have them, I got mine yesterday from the Castle Lane store (near The Link and USC).
Don't phone them up and ask, they will either not answer or give wrong dates, one guy said 2 weeks, one girl said Wednesday, I went in about an hour later, low and behold they just got them this morning (i.e. they had them when I phoned), only available to contracts not on PAYG. Ended up getting a new contract but it's worth it, I'm getting a way better deal. |
