its ok but it doesnt release the energy slowly, it acts as a quick burst and then you feel like youve got no energy at all.
you want to look at low GI foods such as milo, bananas and anything that mentions low GI energy

i think it means it releases the energy slowly into your system over a longer period of time, so youve got energy always there, it may not be the super high amount of energy you get from a red bull but at least it lasts longer than a couple of hours
a good energy drink is sustagen sport, it gives you low GI energy, protein, iron, and alot of other minerals etc.

red bull isnt harmful in small amounts...but after 3 cans it can get deadly.
my freind had to get his stomach pumped because he overdosed on the caffeine.
im hoping to start one next year sometime...nothing big yet, just small time stuff.

yes one after another.
well first im going to spend alot of money buying a mac with final cut pro on it.
then im going to buy a very expensive HD camera.
then im going to shoot as much footage of my freinds doing their stuff as i can.
then im going to edit it all together.
then im going to burn it on to a dvd.
then i will send that dvd out to different companies in the hope that they might sponsor the next one we do

they're not the most updated specs in the world but its got duel suspension, shimano gears, might have to take that back holder thingy off though
