MTEL is similar to MTN and V underneath. The problem is buying the apps to do what the others are doing. Their CMO said in an interview in August that they had 'GPRS capabilities'...what ever that means.

@coolapostle: "GPRS capabilities". Hogwash! Where would Mtel get d foresight to have started out with a 2.5g network? Anyway,I am considering purchasing a line from them 4 test/review purposes.I really need 2 see what their network can do.
