Start to play around with it, try all the features one by one again. Delete everything u dont need. How many free memory u have?

510 isnt much, the fone is slower then usually i think. Dont get u asked of the batt.

Bob i used up the memory default was 918 i purpose. I mean how can i tell if they've given me a unused battery?

I dont think they gave u a used one. U can check the the date of manufacture on the batt label.

If the batt is new, its no problem that its 1 year old. Bought almost 2 years old li-pol batt, works fine.

fast draining is ok for the first time. in the next future u should charge it when the fone is on, so it get used to it aswell.

dontforget to charge it whenevr u just want to. li-pol batteries must be cherged usually and they do like it to be charged aswell.

how long was it on the charger? what doeas mean fast? have u made calls or u just played with it? did u use gprs?
