no reply yet. and i didn't even wright it in dutch. shame.
i think abelsco's highlight was arround the time the T68m came out. you can say that the when ericsson because SE, abelsco became just of those many mobile phone stores in brussel, without being special

edit: i have got several old and new ericsson and SE phones/acc. for sale. if any body is intrested pm or e-mail me.
the list is on my website (about us) just look at my collection.

ever since ericsson mobile phones chose to become SEMC, abelsco went down the line.
the once loved store by the belgian esato members and ericsson buyers has changed over the years. from bad to worse.
i never realized how big the impact of the joint venture had

I don't think it has something to do with sonyericsson, it was a bad management ( I said management not service ): they where the last store of belgium to get a P800 and T610 and they are an official SE service center !!! they never updated the site, nor the comming soon list, nor the price, nor the announcements, they don't know any release date and estimated price, sometimes limited aviability of phones ( T630 black edition way to late in store ) and so on and so on.

Now i'm going to a store where they know when they get the phone I want and at what price and aviability ...

sadly i haven't found such a store. i mostly buy my phones at a Belcompany shop cause i verko (the old member here) works there and i did some work there for school. but i'm changing cause there is a person who i don't like there. and the price is the same in every other store.

I've found The Phone House to be pretty good in terms of price and cust. service. And they just opened a new one near my office on rue des tongres. I've now bought a couple of phones from them, and exchanged an HBH-600 with a faulty battery w/o problems.

I must admit that the two Brussels SE stores are not the TOP...stores..And it is a pity...But I know the owner of abelsco and I think he does not get the full support of SE/Belgium he should deserve..Do not know where the origin of the misunderstanding btwn SE/Bel and the two shops is...
For ex, he gets the last SE mobiles with delay..and is confronted to the 'import' SE products in all other normal shops...He should receive a special selling price for his SE products..which is not the case...etc...etc...
But Abelsco has a beautiful SE shop with a wonderful modern design...But this is it...!!
For the people round Brussels..two wonderfull shops (fully SE recognized centers) are: ' A R C ' chaussée de Louvain in Evere and cartronics in Wavre...both have a SITE...

yes abelsco has got a nice looking shop. but the shop has always been nice, a few years ago when SE wasn't talked about, it was also nice and modern. i remember the stickers of the T68m when it came out, they coverd a hole window. man those were the days for me

Yes gerald at place stephanie has also complained that he has been prohibited from price-matching the other stores around town. I don't know why would want to handicap its official sales and service points...

i think abelsco makes there prices so high because they want to. many other stores (not in brussels) have got a much lower price. if they would lower their price, improve service, get there website online, working and updated then they could easely double their custumors.

I think Abelsco sets their prices high because they figure some people will pay a premium to buy it from an "official" store and know their not getting a grey-market phone. I know someone here who returned a german-market T630 to Aidel and bought it from place stephanie for 50 euros more because that way, he knew he wasn't getting a knock-off. So, some people will pay a premium for that...

i must admit that i myself would pay alot more aswell.
example, abelsco was the first store to get the T68m and i was the 2nd person with one of those i think. only the sales person beat me
i know it was alot of money, but i was worth it. but now abelsco lacks to much, so i don't buy there anymore.
