Welcome here! Maybe flip doesnt fit d se concept, except of p series. As i c they prefer clamshell fones. What /// else have u got or used?

I have ever use Nokia 8110, Ericsson T18, Nokia 3310, then I almost get T39, but when I wait the price to drop, T68 was out, so I think I'll wait again 4 sometime. But then, t68i was released, and by that time T39 is not produced again, then I wait again hoping that SE will make t39i (SE version of t39, ). I finnaly stuck w/ t68i now... Even now, I still expecting SE will make the successor of t39 (w/ flip).

Ooops I hit return too soon.,

Bobafett: the T-36 was an experiment by Ericsson that DID include Bluetooth. The stark yellow casing was to alert everyone as this being a new step for Ericsson. The BT function was a little buggy, as those few in Europe that got the limited supply before its plug was pulled and was called back from dealers that still had them in stock.

Its the SAME case design as the T39 trust me I've seen both in person.

Actually the T-36 was THE FIRST cellphone or any device to have BT imbedded for that matter.

On the site for the cause of this thread I discovered the Z700 with the HBH-30; didn't know that the Z700 had BT, but I badly wanted one. Only to find out that it only supported 900/1800 GSM band. I live in Canada so it would be useless other than a collectors item.

Have never really seen an /// satallite phone in my life. Only saw some Iridium phones before.

Both the phones R190 and R290 are satellite/GSM dual mode, but for different satellite system, ACes and Globalstar. As the main serving area could be southeast asia, maybe you can find sets from the market there.

Thx, its really nice of u, i saw some here too. My fear is, as mentioned b4, that d capa of old batts makes not worth 2 buy them. I could get orig packed 388 or 888 batts too, no use after so long time. I tried 2 deal an r250, it fall out from a rescue helicopter. D batt was dead, but who cares, d fone worked with an other 1. D guy didnt sold it :-(
