Well from what I know, in certain countries, Sony does not own their Sony stores but they are owned and controlled by other companies on behalf of Sony.
Likewise in countries like Canada, there are no more Sony stores, likewise in the US, I think only Sony Authorized Dealers exist now.

Snapdragon 888 dragged down by Samsung... The temperature went up and worse battery consumption (you might as well buy an over clocked 865 flagship )
Hope they solve it with better core in newer xperia 1III.

I dream of having 10iii with same design of 1ii.
1ii looks way better than 5ii.
Let's suppose your phone takes 2h to recharge when it's fresh new out of box.
Few years later, your battery has lost for example 30%.
Isn't the phone supposed to recharge in less than 2h if battery is old?

There were talks about Sony not using 888, could this Shima be what they're gonna use?
It's pretty close to 888. May not overheat as well. And some rumor said the price was going to be the same as 1ii. Considering they'll up the camera game, maybe this is a way of cost reduction all the while keeping their device cool.
I don't expect 10iii to look like 1ii. They should add front stereo if they're gonna keep those bezels tho.

It seems to make sense already. Think Sony found out snapdragon 888 overheat and power consumption. Hence used 865+ instead which I highly agree looking at how snapdragon 888 drain the battery and made phones so hot.

Zero chance :
1) info of 888 was already found on their servers, just like 690 for 10iii.
2) I highly doubt contract is done year by year.
3) they would not join 888 presentation if they had no intentions of using.
Is the 3rd phone L5 or 10 Plus III? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻, say something ..

Just read tpday samsung plans to charge 40% more for their sensors.
So, sounds to me the price difference between exmor and isocell must be more than we think.
If it huge difference, I now can imagine why sony uses them.
