WTF are you doing SONY !
Also I think the phrase that said only real camera can take photo without blurry corner is ridiculous as I cannot see the same issues on another smartphone brand.
Remember that Blurry corner issues of SONY is not the same as wide lens camera if you check each of them carefully.

This is getting anoying, I have looking those puctures carefully, its not only Sony has this blurry, but also IPhone has it aswel.
Like ï said, not only Sony has this problem and some are less and some are many, depent how to use the camera skills.
WTF is wrong with you people, do you short of atention?
If you really look at it carefully you will see that iPhone is not terribly blur like SONY ! Also this have nothing to do with SKILL ! it's issues !

It because I use SONY phone so I have a look on picture take by SONY phones. Is that strange ?
Furthermore I own Xperia Z5 that has the same issues that's why I blame SONY on why not fix this issues after one years.
Is it wrong to complain what I don't like on the product that I have purchased and another product that I'm going to purchase ?
Blast !

Becouse ï also use Sony phones aswel other phones as Samsung, LG and some other.
Like ï said, Sony is not the only one who has issues with blurr, Just like others have some issues with blurr, and most puctures ï make with X performance very little blurr.
Some have alot blurr and some less, don't pretent only Sony has this issues. |

Judging by the photo comparison at eprice between xz and iphone 6s, the xz is still behind in low-light. In daylight, xz has better colors and marginally higher details but the iphone has better noise control.
Thus for me, I wouldn't call the camera a unique selling point then
I find it very absurd why they choose to have that kind of algorithm (I agree with gsmarena that noise is very high), my z2 appears to take far cleaner landscape photos compared with the xz.

really?
are you guys seriously arguing about whether a CORNER of a photo taken by two smart phones is blurry? come on now. you two sound like children "this stinks!" "NU UH YOU STINK, THIS IS AWESOME", "NO IT STINKS!"...
take it to private. if you want to critique specs, performance, photos of the xz, that is great. you are welcome to do so, but come on, grow up! everyone has their own opinions, if you don't agree, state your opinion and then let it go. constant bickering just fills this thread with trash since NEITHER of you are adding anything constructive to your argument and as a result, the thread.
take it to private.
and hello, do not jump all over me with some unfounded delusion that I am bashing sony in someway here. I want to read constructive comments and opinions from contributing members, not bickering between a married couple.
@shino - i would agree. low light photos could definitely be improved. i'm pretty sure the photos were taken in superior auto (though i can't be too sure since I can't read chinese) so I'm curious if things would improve if in manual mode. That being said, since the majority of users will only use auto mode, sony should focus on making auto mode quality superior to others since they are putting such focus on the camera feature.
In the end, it doesn't bother me too much though

I don't think such issues is constructive anyway...
Well seem like talking about that here is pointless then.

comparison iphone 7 vs. xz
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbAWcj9IqS4
after watching it, would have been nice if he took the photos while making the video.
also comparison of video stabilization vs. galaxy s7 edge
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SJnEIlM4JQ
xz is solid as a ROCK... it's like it's on a professional gimble or something. S7 is pretty smooth but there are moments where you notice it gets bumpy. XZ is completely rock solid. i'm very impressed!
can't wait for solid camera tests.
here's a demo of stabilization on the front camera
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvlHxnyT6zQ
and lastly, a demo comparing laser autofocus with xz with no laser auto focus on z5

"This positioning makes the sensor easy to hit when the XZ is in your hand, but the button can be a bit of a pain to reach when the phone is sat on a flat surface."
^yea.. not intuitively placed like on the back of the phone right?
this guy writes like a donkey...
first he says 4K would have been a battery drain so be glad it's 1080p.. then he says.. BUT it's not 2K like samsung so that's a shame..
why? cause 2K wouldn't also be a battery drain?

He's also written:
"Storage-wise you have 32GB of internal space and 256GB microSD storage to play with. There's no word on microSD support yet, but Sony usually includes a card slot, so we'd expect to see one in the XZ." |
