You may go ahead and flood this thread with links that you have cherry picked all you want, but the Manufacturer, the SoC manufacturer and a carrier all say the opposite and they have a huge interest in the success of the Z3+.

I'm sure you'll be saying 'fack' every review site and reviewer when they post things you don't like about your favourite phone maker.

DoCoMo is investigating the specifics of this situation, as they did not sanction this signage.” Indeed, the Xperia Z3+ device in question is pre-production, and therefore early hardware.

Earlier this month, a blog post from the smartphone manufacturer OnePlus highlighted that the company had worked with Qualcomm to use a later version of the Snapdragon 810, codenamed 2.1.
