Has anyone gotten *Spark Beta to work on their Mini?
Just wanna know if it's defective on the Mini Pro, or just my phone.
Looks like an amazing app, if I could get it to get past the login screen!

What's the best way to 'back up' all the apps you have installed on your X10? If the installed apps don't remain installed if/when we can finally update from 1.6 to 2.X, what's the best way to bring them with me to my newly updated X10?
Thanks!

if you will be able to just "update" to 2.0 i still would recomend to do a full format/install with the new OS as SE recomends a full factory reset when you just update the FW. (to get the best speed out of your phone)
many "backup-programs" will back up your apps and install them but you will not get updates from the market for them after you have backed them up, it's better to just dl them again and reinstall them. you can't have that many important apps and if you have dl them from the net i guess you have the files saved and new versions will have arrived when you get 2.0 so there is no need to backup apps, but sms/mms/pictures/numbers is always nice to backup

Thanks for the advice.
Would be disappointed if I didn't find a user-friendly service to back up/restore apps after changig software versions, to be honest. I probably have 30 or 40 apps installed and while I could sit and make a list and then go back into Android Market, I really would rather not.
