use MyPhoneExplorer instead of using pc suite..  |

I wouldn't have updated either had I known they were gonna do away with album art just to increase search speed by like 2 seconds or something. I'm having a hard time trying to 'read' through hundreds of album when I could just 'see' them before this, it's basic communication 101 and they failed that. I spent so many hours attaching, rearranging and editing my files to organize my album art, but SE just decided time is of the essence for their Walkman fans instead of album art. It looks like once again, they know nothing of the consumer and pay big bucks to 3rd party companies to give them shite advice.
I also found out they put a memory for our manual equalizer setting meaning we won't have set it again after using one of the presets. I'd be happy with this if they didn't decide to trash album art

Med ref til understående posting fra deg: Jeg har akkurat samme problem som du hadde, men jeg finner ikke ut av dette.
Har du mulighet til å fortelle/vise meg hvordan du kom deg ut av dette ?
Jeg funderte også på hvordan jeg event kunne få inn igjen den SW versjonen jeg hadde, har du peiling på dette ?
Håper du kan ta deg tid til å hjelpe meg med dette..

You see I have exactly the same problems with my W995 as you describe in your posting.
I upgraded my software to R1GA026, and I can´t get my contact´s or anything back in to
the phone. I see you managed to get this fixed, but I dont quite understand how..
Could you please tell me what you did to make your PC (PCsuite) communicate with your W995 again.
Your help will be much appreciated.

OK, tried to reinstall the USB drivers - but not from the CD. Will try that, but does anyone
know how to reinstall an earlier version of software in the phone?

Tried the R1GA026 and went back to the R1FA035 cause I desperately wanted album cover in album list. Have not discovered any significant changes in the new one anyway so........... 
Bought a credit at wotanserver.com and fixed it in ten minutes  |

Go to wotanserver.com, buy a credit ( 1 euro), download their client and follow the instructions. Just as easy as using seus.
Done it many times, always with success. This will also debrand your phone if it is branded.

Thank you very much, I will consider that - but today I actually managet to my contacts and everything else back
into my W995 using the Bluetooth to conect with the PCsuite.
But I have one moore problem after upgrading the software, I´m no longer able to play movies downloaded
from PlayNow Movies.
I have even donloaded the movies again, and tranferred them to the phone all over.
They still woundt play
I called SE contact sentre witn this problem today, they told me to do exactly this - I did not work.
So no I hope one of you have some tips for me
