You get mismatch because the gfx patch is using the same donor image as a patch already installed. You have to make the patch yourself like i did with imgtool.

But i dont know to make the patches . What madiaplayer skin d you use. I want the skin as of H_ry ...

Mine is a little different from his, I use Walkman2.0. You will have to ask H_rY for the patch and/or the pngs.
