Does anyone know if updating C902 via SEUS will put it into CID53 or not? Thanks.

As far as I know there is no CID53 software for a C902 phone.
Ofc, I might be wrong.

I was under the impression that all A2 platform phones were already CID53, so you have no choice in the matter, and its really nothing to worry about!

Well I updated my C902 today and now am running on R3CA038 which seems a bit quicker overall, though my C902 was faultless anyway.

I've had one or two in the few weeks that I've had it, but every single SE phone I've had has done that a few times when new and then has stabilised as I use it more.

Yeah I too have the newest as of yesterday, though I find it very little different to my previous firmware.

Hey guys,

Sorry to bother, just a quick question as an Esato noobie.
I checked my phones firmware and it was

R3BA035
- First release

Software versions:
EROM: 1200-4341
LCD: 200804080
Camera: 1.8
Videocall camera: 1.3
Content: PA7
Java: 8.3.0
Text: BO

I Downloaded the SE updater from the SE website and followed all instructions to the key.

After the update was completed it said that I have the latest software and after checking I see I still have the same firmware.

My carrier is Vodafone AU. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

@ cambo125,

Branded firmware are not always as up-to-date as the generic ones, the best option would be to debrand it for the latest firmware.

Choosing C902, Red, CID52, 1208-0450, R3CA038, CUSTOMIZED AU/SWIFT BLACK. when using Davinci Client, Cost 10 Euros.

Got question:
Is there, in any soft, a light function? Like in a k850.

/Edit
Oh, and by the way, what is latest software for a 02UK branded C902? I've got one and SEUS says I've got latest firmware (R3CA033).

Quick question for American owners, have any of you updated your firmware?

As of last week, it seems there are no updates available via SEUS. I guess it isn't so bad as I have had zero problems although the gui could be a bit faster/smoother.

Btw, my C902 is Hong Kong unbranded first release firmware.
