whatever...just look at the pics, (they are NOT similar to k800/k810).
c702 camera is OK, but not in same league like k800/k810.
its no point to start some debate about this mather... c702 is overall a very nice phone, and hopefully new cam driver will improve pic-quality...(you cant get everything you know)
edit.....c702 have a Samsung module yes ??? (like k770 and c902)
in some way i prefer Sonys cam modules. Samsung in other way produce often quite thick colors, but less details & sharpness.

c702 pics look better than any smear my k800 produced, i'm not going to pay to much attention to what you say as you like to praise the quality & sharpness of resized pictures.
edit: c702 has a sony cammodule a sony MCB850 cammodule to be exact.

@plank, look a few pages back in this thread for number1's comparison shots. The C702 looks better than the K800i in almost all his shots.
I don't know why we have to have these stupid arguments anyway. They are just phone cameras and phone cameras generally aren't that great.

No point arguing or getting nasty though. It doesn't help anyone. Your opinion is your opinion, not anybody else's.

why i asked about the cam module is because some pages say different things.
example this page say c902 use a Sony MCB971
http://semcblog.wordpress.com/other/cameras/
and mobile review say it use a Samsung (U900) module

Well that's the C902. That doesn't mean any info on C702 is wrong as well. It has nothing to do with the C702 in fact. Its more than likely that it is actually correct that it has the Sony unit if there is no evidence otherwise.

C702's flash is great for macros no chance of it bleaching & burning the pics. |

nice close up pics... only bad thing with LED flashes is when its require a distance over ~50cm.

not a bad thing imo,
thats why we call it LED, coz it's main purpose is for macro shot, close up and of course.. flashlight |
