Text bug is back. When making an sms in flip closed mode, and then opening flip for writing on the qwerty, the font goes from medium to big. If U hit one key (write one letter in sms body) befor opening, the textsize stays medium. This was fixed in last FW, but is back in this one... |

Important note for TomTom users.
Now the "space bar hold to bring up the phone menu" doesn't work it seems impossible to make a call while using TomTom without exiting the application.
Where's the "bullet to the head for updating" smiley?

Looking sweet ! Phone is slightly faster now, and more stable of course.
Now you can also tap the screen in videos, and it goes full screen!
The keyboard phone shortcut is a shame tho..
One more thing, the phone worked like a charm since yesterday, then it suddenly vibrated 3 times, then I got a restart to 'improve performance' !!!

One solution is to use SMP and enable fixed icon. Then you can switch to phone in 2 clicks.

Holding the spacebar in Tomtom displays the main screen. Then just tap phone and make the call. Tomtom runs fine in the background. |

This works too. Just have to be careful as TomTom tends to mute the sound sometimes.

update my p990 last night, every thing works fine, the phone is faster boots faster too,camera and opera works fine for me, i want to thank se people for this firmware!  . |

Autofocus is improved for taking stills. In video mode there is still no autofocus available.

yes autofocus is stil doesnot works but its is more improved than in previos firmware and it has more clear wiew sorry for my english

Compared to huge improvements in WLAN, Opera and camera auto focus, the only bug discovered so far is the inability to call the phone application with the space bar in FO mode.
So definitely yes...

Yes, although SE has yet to prove their ability to fix bugs only, instead of fixing some and introducing others, this update definitely improves the speed of the phone and the functionality of some apps.
