Yes, no need to discuss it, only one remark - people who do not work "with minimum facilities" do not buy E series...
I am still waiting for E90, but E61i is a very good choice...

I’m not a business man, but I've bought it for web browsing. So I don’t find any point with that. Anyway can someone give a link that only contains E61 themes, not mixed up with N93's themes?

e series is perfect for browsing imo, especially cos of e61 big screen or cos of screen rotation in other e fones. funny, that e50 didnt got that option... but back on topic, will the e61 continued in the future?

@boba...
i reckon it will definately be carried on to later series...
The E61 was a bigger sucess than nokia thought it would be and this is proved by the fact they released the E61i...
remember the 7710??? Was nokia's attempt at a touchscreen smart phone based on series 90.... Didnt sell well so they scrapped the series...
They would of done the same with the E61 series if it hadnt sold well but it did... Very Well!!!
But dont expect one for at least another 1-2yrs!!!! They r releasin them slowly as the features dont need to be updated very often....
on another note...
A great little app i have found is called VNC Viewer (google it! Its free!!!) which u install on ur phone and ultraVNC which u install on ur PC (again google it coz its FREE!). Using these two progs u can log onto ur PC remotely using the net on the phone an view the desktop and issue commands like Alt+F4 etc tec
Tis great for keepin an eye on ne1 usin your computer!!! lol. |

@dicky... as far as am aware u can get the mac app for the pc so it should work ok... takes a bit of setting up like lol...
U jus need to forward the port u want to connect through an giv the app a password and make a note of ur ip address coz the phone app doesnt save it...
Workin fine for me for a while now lol..

@voda_jon - you are only partially right. 7710 was a very good cell, but its biggest flaw was slow processor. Managed to work in 9500/9300(i) but didnt manage to handle 7710 with touchscreen... And as you can see now, Nokia introduced internet tablets, so the idea of 7710 is still alive...
