*&%@ me sideways!!! Just tried the driver it is mind blowing! It IS much better, not just a little. Actually on that combo, R1BC and PHF_play_2 I don't get any volume increase but WHO CARES  The quality is awesome. Some of my lower bitrates actually sound bearable.
And megabase....
Who ever thought mega base could be useful (for some songs anyway).
Totally sick!

LOL XD i thought you never experienced any hissing, guess you dropped your pride on SE and sucummed to the terrible hiss? XD XD we all feel the same way since se ignored us all loL

what are the differences using the R1BC drive than the RIL? [both using PHF_2_play.apf ]

Never had any hissing. But this driver gives better audio performance than the original driver. And as I said the megabase works.

I never had any hissing also but this driver truly makes the audio sounds better,just like what max said. |

My cell has never been able to play megabase without unacceptable distortion, and I've used R1J, R1L, R1A, R1B, R1C, firmwares along the way.
Particularly unuseable when using headphones. The hybrid now I can play at the same loudness but without distortion.
