Maybe it's due to be out really soon. I really have no idea how a demo unit was dispatched to our local SE. They were having people try the unit with the P800 as a marketing strategy. I got curious and asked if I could give the gadget a go in my trusty T68i and was only able to toy with it for like less than a minute. That wouldn't warrant for an in-depth review as all other Sony components and TVs were blaring at the background. Aesthetically, though, I could very well say that this baby is a must-have!

Ya, I saw it too... looked silver and green (aqua) to me, rather than white and blue.
It's a cute accessory to have... I wouldn't buy one simply cuz I don't really listen to the radio, I already have the HPR-11, and the design of the HPR-11 goes with my R310 more than the HPR-20. I will buy the HPR-20 for a friend though.
I wasn't able to see if the Caller ID pops up on the remote screen... nor was I able to check if the MP3 from the P800 gets through in stereo on the HPR as well.
The case it comes with looks nice though... grayish/sliver pouch. It shouldn't cost much more than the HPR-11. |

it sounds so good, now we just have to wait for a release date, i seem to be checking expansys every day just in case they've put one up. But it must be getting close now if you've managed to get your hands on one and play with it. Oh and one more question, are the headphones the same as the hpr-11? as i had that and they weren't the most comfortable headphones ever? so are they the same shape and size but different colour or completely different,
thanks for the info,

Have the HPR-11 also and I don't really use it often. When I got to toy with the HPR-20, it had this foam-like covering on the earpiece. It's different from that of HPR-11s, by the feel of it but I again can't say if it gets uncomfortable the longer you wear it. |

Ok, but as long as it's not the same! Oh and one earphone cord is longer than the other one, right?? |

Hahaha :-D you really are so eager for the unit, huh? :-) I didn't notice that one feature on the HPR either.

Yup!! I cant wait, it's because i dont want to get a handsfree untill that comes out because i really enjoy having a handsfree but when you've got a radio integrated then it's going to be awsome, well, apart from the HPR-11 which i was a bit dissapointed with.
anyway, i will stop with the questions now and just wait untill i get one, thanks for your information though.

Maybe they got wrong info as to when it would be out which is why they had that pseudo-countdown of 5 days. I don't care if that piece of contraption eats out my battery life and cuts it down to like maybe half. I'm still gonna get one.
