It was a copy/paste job from the Vodacom website.Maybe it needs to be updated with a new fresh list of compatible phones.

@GUCCI: Get yourself an Asus Eee PC. The worlds smallest sub-notebook has finally made it to SA and its been getting favourable reviews since its launch late last year.

@ gola,
The SPV has been out here for about 2 weeks now. It's made by Amoi for the Orange network, and designated SPV like all Orange WindowsMobile phones. It's apparently running on WM6, which is an added bonus.
O2 WM phones are known as XDA, T-Mobile call theirs MDA.

The SPV E610 is unlikely to show up in SA, in Orange guise anyway, unless someone has bought one here, had it unlocked and using it in SA.
Funny enough, Orange are in Botswana too...

I also have to add that Orange's branding is as bad as Vodafone's. Also, the vertical shortcut menu on the left side of a lot of their phones leaves much to be desired. Certainly not the most intuitive, IMHO.

Having said all that, I could live with it for so little money.

@ da brixsta,
Expected The Gunners to do better than that against The Blues, but I'm sickened by what happened to Eduardo. That has to be one of the worst Premiership injuries for a long time... I really feel for him.

The Hammers finally move up another spot, to 9th.

@ Kryptik,
What date's the birthday, boet?

It's on Wednesday, boet. Looks like i'll be spending it indoors though. On Friday afternoon i was cleaning my classroom after school... had the desks moved against one wall, stacked in threes when the top desk tumbled off the stack and attacked my foot, lol. The upshot is that the metal edge just about caught my foot squarely, and the big toe's nail had to be removed on Saturday morning.

Afterwards, 7 injections and the usage of some pretty wicked-looking medical implements later, as i was hobbling away, the doctor remarked that he had no idea there were THAT many swear words in the English language

@da wanqsta: Pretty sad about Eduardo but like I said in another thread, I've seen a worse broken leg- last year when Sundowns' Dillon Shepard suffered a break on the shin...that one looked horrific, winced as I watched it on tv.

@da krypsta: The Tazz is running fine. Apart from a minor scratch on the frontbumper the thieves didn't do much external damage.
But I'm seriously considering getting a another car after June...I just don't feel comfortable driving my car since it was recovered, looking at something with better security and safety features.
BTW, sorry to hear about your accident.

Thanx boet I agree with you, good safety features on a vehicle are a must. Anything specific in mind yet? I'm starting to cast my gaze in the same direction as well, it's nearly time to replace the Mazda. Mind you, at the rate at which the petrol price is escalating we may all be cycling instead of driving, before long

@kryptik: Nothing in particular but it would probably be either a Toyota, Nissan or Volkswagen (except Citi).
I'll probably be test driving a whole lot of cars.
