So why does this matter ? Well the chinese/hong kong firmware only allows one key phonebook searching, on both the K750i and the Z800i.

Is this true? Are you sure its all phones with the chinese/hong kong firmware that does this? If it is, that really sucks. Is there anything else that happens with that firmware? I was gonna get one from China |

I have a question.. i have seen it in this thread but it seems that everyone is ignoring it. Is/was the empty space on the screen just a software issue (first pics of K750 where mobiles had K700`s software or something like that) or that empty space on the screen realy exists? i am realy sorry if it was already answered but i can`t find it.
Is the price €350 a good price for an unlocked K750i?

Not toally k750 hardware specific, but I looked through the threads and non are really specific enough for me question anyway.
Would anybody happen to have any links or sources for space shooter java games?
I'm kinda hungry for some of the ikaruga/alphawing type games you can find in the arcades. The ones where it's 2d and you're constantly scrolling forwarrd and strafing in combat.
I've found a handful but was wondering if anybody found anymore? |

That is the frame around the screen. It is not part of the actual screen itself.

@ intelegent115. That empty space (silver edge) is on the outer glass screen i.e. different coloured piece of plastic/glass instead of being black. It is not on the LCD itself. The edge of the LCD is almost flush with the silver edge <1 mm. |

Hey this might have been answered in other posts. Just got my K750i and wondered why when in standby and you move the joystick nothing happens. You have to actually press a button. Is this to save battery if in your pocket as the joystick is the most likely to be moved.

That's damn annoying isn't it? I used to be able to press the button on my T610/T630 and still do it habitually with my K750i - to no effect obviously!
I wish they'd fix that! |

K700 was exactly the same so its unlikely to be changed
and yes, I guess its because the joystick is easily moved in your pocket

Question about SMS... can you create your own folders? Is there SW that backs-up the WHOLE phone and all contents? (Like the ones found on the P-series phones)
Re: SMS... can you save them to the SIM... and move them from the SIM back to the phone? The P-series phones can do this... was wondering if SE finally included a similar function on their regular phones.
