SA mode has been improved as the image I posted a few days ago proves that.

People are not expecting dsl quality pictures taken with their phones, but decent looking and hassle-free made ones and and it seems like if Samsung is delivering that with their top-tier handsets. Considering Sony's knowhow and present in camera department people's expectations regarding their smartphones are quite high, but not as much as that it couldn't be satisfied.
Here is a quick video comparison between the Z3 and S6 (edge)/1080p @ 60fps
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usC87HQgiTw
Z3 seems to be bit overexposed and S6 a bit to dark. But in terms of sharpness/details the S6 is the clear winner. I don't want to start a photo discussion, but just want to say that Samsung makes an over-all better job than Sony which is also substantiated by several "blind camera comparisons". |

Hey xperiajunkie,

Here are another two full res images from the Z4. Remember that the phone is still probably 6-8 weeks from release.

New sample images are looking pretty bad imo, i am sure that my Z1 can make at least the same or probably even better quality. |

I find the image quite bad and considering that is was made in broad daylight the quality is not acceptable. Does this make me to a troll now? I'm not a blind fanboy, that's what I am, Sir. |

That's you opinion then. I never seen any troll call themselves a troll also. |

XperiaJunkie could you share any low light photos? |

From my point of view it's incomparably better than the Z3, I could live with a camera like this one, but under one condition, I want the OIS, if it doesn't have the OIS... they didn't buy me then, there's plenty of better options, and nowadays OIS is a must have. I'd like to see some low light samples, because in a good light with the ISO of 50 even Moto G 2nd takes good pictures. |

Agree OIS and the phase detection or contrast detection auto focus is the technology I want SONY to install on XPERIA. But look like it's just like dreaming. |

Autofocusing is already contrast detect.
Can't use Phase Detect until the new PDAF sensor is ready for mass production. |
