Yes,they will be allowed 2 leave d country.they jst need 2 pay at the cashier at d immig counter at d airport before they clear immig.aftr payng d terminal fee,they just proceed 2 the cashier in immig.hope this helps :)

i have talked to our travel agent.... they just have to pay a penalty for overstaying in the phil., minimal amount, depends on the nationality. |

He can leave tom. but he will be blacklisted and he can no longer visit rp. a simple case of overstaying. there is no such thing as one day extention. 21 days is the standard. if he has plans to go back here, i highly suggest he extends his tourist visa first b4 leaving rp. the sad thing is, this takes a day or 2 excluding holidays/sat./sun.

It also depends also on the visa they were issued.accdng 2 a friend who works at d naia,if it was a 59day visa,they wud pay abt P3700 each.they can call naia 8771109,ask 4 immigrtn dparture

They have to pay 2020.00 or 3030.00 at the airport immigration. the amount is per person. plus penalty. forget the blacklisting. pera lang ktapat ng mga buwaya dun. good thing i have an itinerary at imigration today. personal visiy. i\"ll keep u updated.

Arnoldc, im here at immigration. there will be 2 scenarios tom. one, if the immigration officer will just let them pay the xtention fee at the airport and second, which is the bad part, they will be requested to xtend thier visa at imigration main office. i hope this info. helps
