Thanks boysaint... can anyone else confirm Tactel's status? Or if Globe has blocked them... can't imagine why... Globe would actually make more money from Tactel since we'd pay for both incoming and outgoing MMS. Anyway, has anyone been able to send MMS through Tactel's gateway in the past week? |

yes, i agree, SE is slow with production. or creating new products for the masses. that is where nokia wins... producing "recycled", "rehashed", "RE-faced with xpress-on" etc, models for the buyers who doesnt even know what GPRS is! or BT, Infra-Red, or maybe even compose ring tones on their own phones. what the masa want is a lousy phone with colored screen, that's it. because it's cool to have colored screens these days, even if you receive just equally lousy jokes on SMS. and with this P800... we are all drooling now pero i can feel it will not be a hit here in the Philippines. "malaki" daw, "pangit" daw, etc. and they dont care what's inside the unit, or what it can do, how it can help you with your work, even how it would enhance your recreation. and then SE is very slow with production.... oh well. SE should have a "elite" type of models for the serious market, and the "fun" models for the "fun" market. |

we'll keep you updated here. well, via tactel used to be just like sending SMS. but as for now.... wala pa. i am also frustrated with this situation. in the meantime, lets try to fish out inside news from globe friends... |

and yes... mozzila, you're right.... laffen may have access to those CDs we need! our CD stores here suck! you must have heard horror stories of audiophile people hunting down CDs at odessy, etc, and being insulted by being offered gregorian (but pop! not really gregorian!) CDs instead. i was hoping Tower or M1 could be better. the closest shopping place we can go to is hongkong? bad... |

I thnk globe blocks tactel now. Its been like 4 or 5 days sendingmms via tactel hasnt worked :-( while smart users can. Also bkit meron ng 6 months contract ang smart if i apply for line? Dati wala e ngayn meron na kainis. Ano b pwedeng mangyari kung di ko matapos yung 6 months?
