Brilliant supercoolman !
This should stimulate the imagination of the most creative of us.
I wish i had such a gift !
Razec, the floptab has already a name, it is called Surface but i pardon you if you never heard about it, it has not been much promoted. The geniuses behind the floptab paid a phone maker to create flopphones.
Sorry!

I'm hoping 2014 Xperias will adopt the "Sense of Quartz" design language , I am still much more interested in Ray 3 than Honami because I find 4.3 inch just about the right screen size.

I think Sony will introduce a completely different design language for 2014 Xperias, but Sense of quartz design looks fabulous

Anyway whatever it is, pretty sure Sony will not disappoint in design, sense of quartz design is pretty much like the earlier renders we made with honami according to rumors with those diamond cut edges.

not sure if I would like the 45 degree cut edges, I rather see the xperia V arc design making a return. Love those and feels good holding it. V is still my favorite design by far. |

You mean a curved glass back? Would be pretty cool, but also prone to scratches ans/or shattering unless it has a polycarbonate or aluminium frame.
I have a dig bick You read that wrong |

Guys, I know this is Z ultra but it's still related to honami because of x-reality so I'm gonna post it here. It's Xperia Z Ultra(x-reality) vs Xperia Z Ultra(bravia engine 2). From my observation I could see that X-reality shows more natural skin tone and the colours are more accurate than the bravia engine 2. The darks area shows more detail and more clearly on the x-reality compared to bravia engine 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMuVCoF3n9g
Top Xperia Z Ultra( Bravia Engine 2 ) VS Below Xperia Z Ultra ( X-reality )
EDIT
Im not sure which one is top and which one below because I can't understand the language haha. Can anyone translate?

Yea I just noticed it.At first glance I thought both were black lol. I think Bravia engine(below) is a lil bit better than x-reality(top)

Summary about the screen with the new firmware: Please note that this leaked firmware is only used for testing (for Sony Vietnam), not the final official firmware yet, so there might be some changes or improvements when the official firmware is out (September 9th)
-Better White Color (not yellowish like the previous firmware)
-X Reality will provide better detail for images and videos (better than the BE2)
He showed some examples in the video, the X Reality will process the detailed parts of the video, so more details about the guy's skin, acne etc
-When he turned off the X Reality, the screen will be similar to the Z Ultra with the old firmware
-When watching video with dark tone, X Reality will over process the image -> more noise, so he suggested when watching video from distance, we can turn on the X Reality. But looking closely, you should turn it off because of the noise
-During the White Pic, the HTC One is still better than the Z Ultra (new firmware), but there are lots of Improvement on the new Firmware (Again Testing Firmware, not final firmware)
-The Red Leaf pic (hot colored theme test), HTC One turned Yellow-ish while Z Ultra turned Red-ish (characteristics of the Triluminos display)
-The Green Field, the HTC One produced Brighter green color than the Z Ultra. The Z Ultra produced Yellow-ish tone (similar to the old firmware)

Has there been an option to use Bravia/X-reality separately on videos only and not on photos? I personally want it on videos but hate it on photos because I see no point in viewing an altered/edited photo on the screen, it actually ruins it and only gives inconsistencies when you view the photo on another device.
Besides if the photo needs editing I would just manually apply them on photos that need it.
