the 7 pages i had left last night, are still being worked on 
and serotec have decided to make it even harder for me, by sending me images that are either completly wrong for the page, or that are as small as a flea on a diet.

no - that code only gets you to the service option on mine - the first > gets you into the main menu , the * into the connectivity section, the next two << do nothing, then the final * gets you into service info.
