eish, it's cooking here already. Standing outside the school, gates locked, a handful of parents waiting to enrol their kids. Not a good sign when He Who Thinks He Is A God is late the first two days of the new term.

The worst of all is, that they closed the bloem powerstation in november, BUT we have a powert shortage... if we have a power shortage, why are they closing power stations?

HEY EVERYONE! ! !
hope everyone has been well once again...
my phone finally came from vodacare yesterday.yes it's working,but it seems like the technician who was working on it doesn't have any experience on w900is what so ever.only realized later on that he made so many flaws:i can't feel the volume buttons when i press them,but they work,same goes with my up/left/ dpad buttons.the transparent plastic thingy that covers the indicator light is also gone and my memory card doesn't want to eject out 'cos the the cover wasn't returned properly.what can i say,it's about time i upgraded...any news about when the w960i will come to SA yet?
other then that i'm still good

@ Gola
Glad to have you back boet! Sorry to hear that bro. Hey did you take your W900 to Vodacare Fourways Mall? Cause i remember the technician had f'd up my W900 in a similar way, when he gave me the phone i tried to turn it on to find a blank screen then i told and he took it back for another 30mins cause he hadnt done the flex cable properly THEN after getting the phone back i got home tried to put my memory card in only to find the mem card slot door not fittd in properly,i had to use a knife to fix that mess up took me over 1hour. . . .dam idiots.

Gola, you ought to go back to them and given them hell, even insist on a new phone. Don't be afraid to make some noise bro, even if they threaten to call security, lol. I still have an old FREE MANDELA NOW poster, it'll be my pleasure to Tippex his name out and change it to FREE GOLA NOW

@Kryptik
lmao,i think Mandela was a whole lot more deserving of that poster,but thanks for the proposal.i figured,i'll open and fix it where i can myself(yes,i have opened it before and would probably give that technician a run for his salary)besides i'll be upgrading soon to a k850i if the w960i won't be available in time...

If I took my phone in to technicians and it came back with minor problems I would throw my toys out my cot and cause a shitstorm.I would climb the ladder as high as I could go and tell them their technician is shite and needs to find another job and insist on my phone been fixed properly or outright replaced.A minor stratch would lead to the decapitation of that technician.lol When you consider how much you pay after 2 years with them its the least they can do to show you some respect and courtesy and do a thourough job been careful.Don't be a sucker.The reason why his incompetance continues is because he gets away with substandard repairs and no-one ever says anything in this country.Its a South African thing that needs to change.The customer is always right.Unless your claims are'nt justifiable and you making foo foo out of the whole affair lol
