guys i have a question can i safely change camdrivers or any layout.xml and ic files VIA the 4th tab in my phone? |

Things are going better. Still can't fix ELF Clear Bass so if someone can make the vpk patch for C901 needed it would be great.
I have successfully changed the radio to clarity radio now but there's a small problem.
There's an icon called Idle. Where to put this in .ic?? It shows the frequency wheel when your not changing channel (tilting to right or left).

patch it via far manager method.. a2uplaoder gives me error too but in far no error or sumthing like that... gudluck |

I tried with the beta version of the 4th tab in file manager by pasting camdriver0.dat into ifs/settings/camera. It didn't have any affect (it didn't replace the file)
There's no harm in trying, for me it just created another camdriver in the camera folder and no harm done but no effect either  Besides, I just use the patch cos it looks good 
We can replace cameradriver on the fly by using Moby Explorer as code said, Junz did a tutorial in this thread ~10 pages back.
I want a skin for my c901 like yours!

You could change camdriver.dat and others via 4th tab explorer. Your job couldn't succeed because it didn't do overwrite but rename file. So after you copying files, rename back your mod one with right name.

EDIT: You can't rename the file once in ifs/settings/camera so it doesn't work

haha.. at 1st i doubt i could do it but it turned out good but not perfect but now if i wanna change skins it will not be hard cuz have the outline

Why not? It is because u didn't change an old one first, right?
Change the old one into another name e.g. Camdriver0.dat to cam.dat and then change the new one e.g. Camdriver0(1).dat into camdriver0.dat.
It's work, i'll guarantee 100% works or i'll shot my head with shotgun.

I have no option to Manage>Rename a file in camera folder from 4th tab .. only options are:
Options>
New folder
Mark
View mode
Sort by
Mem. Status

there is rename on mine got my patch on MASVA's compilation @ se-nse
and it is really possible to switch anytime even without rebooting

Is there any other difference between the Greenheart and the ordinary model, than the color and the recycled plastic? Maybe different boxed accessories or something? |
