Hello folks,
Just wondering if there is any easy way to transfer all of my iTunes library to an external HDD and keep everything in the same order as i have it just now?

You can have it all on an external HD first you need to transfer it all over to the eternal HD then you need to tell iTunes where to read the library from. The easiest way would be to locate the iTunes music folder from the finder and drag that to the external HD then in iTunes preferences under advanced there is the option to set where the iTunes music folder is located, just change that to the external HD and it'll read from there. |

Is there anyway to autofill an iPod nano like there is on the shuffle?
I've got a Shuffle and it's brill, you hook it up press sync and it'll go get 250 songs and dump em on pod et voila, one filled ipod..
Can the new nano do the same? I've got a 8gb nano and 120gb of music, therefore it ain't all gonna fit, and I'd very much like for itunes to pick 8gb of random tunes and dump em on my pod.. can it do this for me?

It's a shuffle only feature.

Called AppleCare about an hour ago, and explained my computer's predicament of constantly dropping connection.
Nice Irish chap I talked to, really knew his stuff!
Guided me through how to fix it over the phone, and moreover, it was bloody simple!
Took all of about 45 mins, and 15 of those were spent on downloading the 10.5.
5 update package, while he courteously waited, and now, I'm sorted!
Well worth the hundred odd I paid for AppleCare!

The IP you're trying to connect to is taken by another device with the MAC address stated there. Change the setting on your computer to automatic, or change your IP manually if you know of any empty slots.

means your router isn't doing it's job properly, as and when I new wifi items joins the network your router gives it an IP address, in this instance it's giving 2 things the same IP, this doesn't work!
